Currently serving as Operations Head (Oil Movement) at Pakistan State Oil Keamari Terminal-C, previously have diversified experience of different facilities of state owned largest oil marketing company including Keamari Oil Terminal-B and Supervised Logistics outbound inbound at Pakistan's largest oil storage terminal,

Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal Complex which has 450000MT. storage capacity of POL, moreover supervised operations activities at Pakistan's first digitally integrated model terminal Keamari Terminal-A which is aligned with the Government’s vision of a Digital Pakistan.

Served in different roles of HSE, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, Compliance and maintenance at terminals.

Job Responsibilities:

   * Daily reporting to resolve day to day issues at location and communicate to head office promptly.

   * Directs and controls delivery/receipt of petroleum products to and from Ocean tankers / Local Refineries.

   * Supervised various modes of oil transportation i.e. Tank Lorries, Tank Wagon and Pipelines.

   * Independently handled large volume of product movement thru pipeline, road/rail and dedicated transport fleet.

   * Conduct Awareness sessions, Mock Fire drills, Mock Emergency Drill, and Safety Talks with staff and T/Ls drivers. 

   * Handled cartage contractor's issues and address thru negotiation for win/win situation. 

   * Visits of Ocean Vessels as consignee to check the ullaging, sampling and pipe lineup between ships to shore. 

   * Manage oil (black/white) movement activities (Receipts/dispatches) thru tank truck tank wagons and jerry canes to ensure specified quantities and qualities.

   * Loss gain investigation of POL products during diversified transportation and oil movement activities.

   * Preparation of reports on receipt or delivery to and from vessels, pipeline, and storage tanks. 

   * Data analysis of stock replenishment, lead time and minimum stock inventory. 

   * Better relationship with all stake holders (contractors/supplier & customers). 

   * Facilitate shift staff for Maintenance and Repairing of all Equipment involved in Oil Terminal Operations. 

   * Implementation of Preventive and Schedule Maintenance.
