Responsible for Project Acceptance Documentation (ATP/PAT, PAC, FAC) for Mobilink 3G modernization Swap Project Managing the below mentioned Project activates.

• Liaising extensively with internal and customer departments.
• Translating Customer requirements into highly specified project briefs.
• Responsible for setting-up the Acceptance & document control department.
• Managing the Teams of Acceptance & Documentation in the regions.

• Closely monitor the activities of project acceptance till the final handover to customer.

• Setting up Acceptance Test Procedures for (ATP/PAT) & Documentation on the basis of contractual terms and conditions.

• Working closely with Implementation and Rollout teams and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for Project Acceptance Documentation and Regulatory Affairs. I was Managing the below mentioned activities in this role.

• Supervision for Project roll-out in the field of Site Acquisition / Regulatory Affairs.
• Management of Site Acquisition Teams and sub-contracting organizations engaged in all implementation and inspection activities on site in accordance with Ericsson procedures & customer requirements, procedures and standards.
• Over all supervision and Monitoring on site acquisition Team from start of Acquisition process like Site search order (SSO), Technical Site (TSS) Surveys, Joint surveys (JV) with RF, Transmission and civil teams till the signing of Lease Agreement of Site.   
• Responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all engineering documents, in accordance with the established procedures.
• Monitoring and documenting the progress of departments such as RAN, Civil works, Site acquisition and Commercial Power.
• Keep the complete record of Candidate Evaluation Reports(CER), Technical Site Survey Reports(TSSR), Site Acquisition documents, Site Specification Documents, Quality Records, and Site As Built Documentation.
• Maintain records of engineering documents and drawings in hard copies and electronic files. and monitor the revisions and  approval status thereof. Routinely keep the backups of all digital Documents on Ericsson Server (ERIDOC).
• File all project documentation for rapid PAT and FAT activities of sites.
• Strong Coordination with Project Roll Out, Government Relations & Regulatory Affairs, Engineering Department, RF Dept, Transmission, Site Acquisition and Civil Works Dept of Customer (Warid Telecom and CMPAK) for issues regarding Regulatory affairs, Site Acquisition and Civil Works issues.
