Being Senior Manager Telecom OSP/ODN/Access I carry 25+ years of vast experience in the end-to-end delivery of Large OSP/ISP Projects for the complete Roll out and maintenance tasks where 2/3 of all Projects were successfully delivered in UAE & Saudi Arabia under Etisalat, STC and Nor consult.

Throughout my whole career I have been responsible for Planning, Designing Implementation and Management for the delivery of all the components of OSP projects, besides legacy Copper based Plant, All type of FOC based Plant, Metro Links, Backhaul Links, Long Distance (+ provision of Links by Mole plough) GSM Sites + BTS + Small Cell Sites under RAN, (WAN) Wireless Access Network Program and Small Cell installation, Oil Refineries Connectivity and indoor Telecom Network installation work with Aramco under Royal Commission.

AND Currently managing the all type of Special & Strategic Links beside the FTTX Expansion Program for the PTCL, FWO, PAF, PNS, CAA, NESPAK, DHA, BAHRIA +++ 

I have come across different sorts of projects. Whether it was Pending demand clearance based Built Lease transfer project or was Complete overhaul of OSP from an old copper-based plant to a new PON-based (SDH - DSLAM) Access Network or later it was GPON-based ODN or popular as FTTX Fiber Network.

I came up from scratch and delivered my duties for all the stages of OSP delivery from new/Old Exchanges to the CPE(customer Premises Eqpt.) during the last 13 years I have delivered hundreds of small-scale projects alongside many Larger scale projects as Rollout Manager. Plus I have delivered many large-scale projects for MOI and Defense where my last project was the Dedicated Fiber Ring Connectivity for the 6 GCC countries. Following my experience in the delivery of Large Scale Projects, I feel confident best fit for this role. 

I am very flexible and able to accept any challenges and do adjust within any environment as got long experience working around various regions in the WORLD with different nationals.

Despite the fact about my Long experience I got various crucial pieces of training and worked with many soft ware’s in different companies for the preparation, amendment, and modification of OSP Master Plans, Plant proposals, producing BOQ, and finding gaps for project delivery and producing summaries and reports. GIS NE, GDS, CAD, OPNET, SAP, ISOW and different tools.
