Currently I’m working as a Human Resource Officer at OLP Financial Service Pakistan Limited.

My experience in HR has given me a broad understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. In my previous role as a HR Officer, I successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, benefit administration and handling all HR Operation activities. I am also well-versed in HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
