I am presenting my resume to you for  QA-Chemist. Graduate in Chemical Technology. I have 3 years working experience in Multinational Food Industry. I am self-motivated, friendly and enjoy being in an industry environment.             MULTINATIONAL BEVERAGE INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:

• 2012 to 2015 QA-Chemist at Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited(CCBPL) Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Production Line Management.
• Reporting to Q.C. Executive /Q.C Manager.
• Check the brix and CO2 of product after half an hour by taking sample from the product and documents the result.
• Incoming testing as par standard & manage COA’s.
• Water  testing TDS, PH, ALKALINITY, CALCIUM HARDNESS,

 MAGNESIUM HARDNESS as par standard.

• Monthly physically stock count
• Can’s seaming test on daily basis and document the result.
• Check the percentage of Washing Chemicals like caustic.
• Syrup Manufacturing & Management.
• Supervise to sanitize the plant on fortnightly basis and document the result.
• Ensure the in house verification of Density meter &Carbo QC on daily basis and document the result.
• Ensure CIP program as per flavor change over.
• Ensure close monitoring of all CCP’s and their limits.
• Ensure Plant GMP.
• Ensure the effective monitoring of quality & food safety established systems during production
• Supervise the shift activity of syrup operator & follow MMI & check final syrup brix & syrup volume in the tank.
