Supervise the Vendor and Contractor’ implementation activities for OSP/ISP works of the FTTH GPON Broadband Network. Follow end to end project life cycle from initiation, planning, design, development and testing for deployment of STC FTTH Relocation Project.Preparing the Project plans and Project procedures in coordination with STC departments and the contractors as per STC Targets.Conduct weekly review meeting with Contractors to monitor their work progress.Following the FTTH fiber installation/implementation and testing.Tracking Work orders From Design Stage till reaching As Built Stage.Preparing project progress reports and sharing the same on daily basis with the management or asPerformed & managed QA/QC according to customer requirements.Implementation, Operation management and Supervision.Network planning and optimization ISP/OSP - Transmission and core networks.Site survey, data collection.Telecom solutions consultancy Knowledge’s.Project Management capabilities.Working as a QA/QMS Inspector on STC FTTH/FTTM project.Coordinating with Vendor and Civil contractors for the completion of daily tasks related to FTTH and FTTM activities.Providing the Field-testing report (FTR) after finalizing and testing the physical fiber link.Responsible for the implementation of Fiber Access Rollout as required.Providing the quick solution for any loss in fiber optic cable damages and faults. Responsible for the DC Power, Distribution Frames (Copper and Optical), Floor space, Acceptance and site readiness issues.Coordinating with higher management for resolving different blocking issues without any delay. Follow up with Vendor/Contractor for the implementation of ISP Network as per STC requirement.    Plan the fiber optic Access network for providing permanent restoration of affected services.Responsible for the preparation of BOQs and WOs to execute the site activity.Responsible for making all reports relevant to Rollout and maintenance and providing the same to management when required.Troubleshoot the FTTX network.Migrate copper connection to fiber ONT.Handling Hazardous jobs for providing services to various customers
