• Negotiating contracts and agreements with foreign suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for our company. This includes negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.  
• Negotiating with Banks terms of Trade finance instruments like Open Account, Advance payment, Document against payment and Document against acceptance
• Given the international nature of the role, I am responsible for managing foreign exchange risks. This involves monitoring foreign currency rates and making strategic decisions to avail the best rates when making payments to foreign suppliers.
