• Develop & execute effective sourcing approach for RFI’s & RFP’s/ 
RFQ’s
• Getting the products out sourced & Private labelled.
• Communicate, develop & evaluate International vendors.
• Create cost estimates and forecasts for the procurement and 
negotiate reasonable and cost-effective contracts.
• Develop draft contract as necessary, liaising with the legal teams as 
appropriate to finalize contracts.
• Coordinating with Marketing Agency & Creative Department for 
Packaging Designs, Monthly calendars & promotions.

supply chain procedure along with strong follow-up with Sales 
Department.
• Attend International Conferences, Exhibitions & Events.
• Run software for vendor database, purchase records & Indent 
issuance/ Purchase Order.
