- Handles Reception
- Welcomes visitors and assures follow-up, as well as adapts appropriate behaviour to various interlocutors
- Arrange meeting Internal and External and prepare meeting room upon on request
- Keep Reception area clean and tidy on a constant basis
- Support delegation while remining in reception domain of work
- Assist in resolving clients’ issues and complaints
- Follow up on Mgmt meetings e.g (meeting and invitation confirmation/ regret)etc and making logistic arrangement
- Facilitate TCS/DHL booking for dispatch of domestic and International mails
- Supporting the team for formatting letters, MoUs, Service Contracts, Donation Certificates for correspondence, scanning, Binding and photocopying etc.
- Updates regularly various lists in Team Space (contacts of interlocutor, phone lists etc.)
- Maintains the stationery stock and orders regularly as per need
- Order Delegation Stationery and publications for Training/ Events/ Seminar
- Replaces Exécutive Assistant
- Maintains incoming & outgoing correspondence log book
- Process monthly bills for TCS/ M&P, DHL, newspapers/magazines for FIN
