I have worked for 25 in local and MNC financial institutions with more than15 years experience in leadership roles. Worked as CRO, Head Talent, Head Reward, Head OD & Learning, Head HR Operations and HR MIS & Analytics. I have conceived, executed and implemented Balanced scorecard and competency based assessment, VSS & retrenchment programs, country wide recruitmen and learning initiatives, SAP implementation, total rewards design and variable compensation modeling.
Experience
I have worked in strategic HR, leading teams of professionals to deliver country wide organizational responsibility for all areas of human resources. I have pioneered balance scorecard & KPI based hr assessment, competency modeling, run successful voluntary separation schemes and retrenchment programs, introduced variable compensation and hr cost optimization initiatives and led implementation of SAP in HR systems in a large commercial bank. I have also led learning initiatives in Pakistan and the UAE, organizing Guru events as well as technical workshops and International Conferences.
Education
MBA at LUMS was more than 3 decades ago but a most relevant degree since it focused on skills that would serve me in professional life. I'm also certified in Job Evaluation and ISO 9000.
