Syed Taha Ahmed

I was working remotely as AutoCAD Engineer at EU Tech Chamber from September 2023 till April 2024. My duties were 2D Layout Drawings and Road Infrastructure drawings. I worked on Town Planning layout designs and Landscape layout designs for projects in Germany.
I worked as AutoCAD Designer at CIK Telecom (Canadian firm) Karachi office, from July 2022 till September 2023. My responsibilities are doing as built drawings of road maps, create base map drawings and designing city utilities of roads including Electrical, Gas, Water, and Sewerage and Sanitary drawings.
I worked in GFS Builders as Architect, from April 2021 till June 2022. My responsibilities were 3D visualizations and architecture designs for projects of GFS Builders. I have gained experience of residential societies master planning and spatial treatment of spaces at micro and macro level.
I served in Zameen.com as Business Development Associate, from January 2020 to December 2020. My responsibilities were site surveys, client’s management and real estate. I have gained experience of commercial and residential real estate property management along with customer’s management.
I served in Renewable Power (Solar Energy) as architect, April 2019 till January 2020. My responsibilities were site surveys, steel structure and 3D visualizations. I have gained experience of solar energy works for the design of energy efficient buildings, both residential and commercial.

In December 2018 I completed my Bachelors in Architecture studies from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Pakistan. I belong to the pioneering architecture batch of the institute. I completed my final year with the thesis design on Youth Football Uplifting in Pakistan through Academy and Stadium design.
While completing my B-Arch studies, i worked part-time as a Junior Architect for ME Architects for 2 years. My responsibilities in this role included site surveying, layout drawing, working drawings, landscape designing for residential and commercial projects. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. I have done 2 internships at Shahab Ghani & Associates and Initial Building Solutions, before joining ME Architects in October 2016.
This five year degree program has made me skillful on design concepts, development and overall architectural visualization with a meaningful process. I have achieved the skills of Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup 3D, Lumion, Cyberlink Powerdirector and MS Office.
