I, Sumaira Andleeb W/o Kamran Asad belongs from Sargodha, city of province Punjab in Pakistan. I am a respected citizen of Pakistan holding passport no BF1770482 and CNIC no 3840333630488, Pakistan. I am a teacher by profession and attached with Beaconhouse School System, the 2nd largest network of schools in the world, from last 17 years as A level instructor, a degree of Cambridge/ Oxford. 

I have had my Secondary School Certificate Examination in 1999, from Sargodha Board and secured a top position at school level securing Grade of A* with science subjects like chemistry, physics and biology. I then completed my Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination in Pre-Medical in 2001 from Air Base College Sargodha, with Grade A. I gave Additional math's Paper in 2002 to increase my math knowledge and to have more university options.  I then settled for bachelor’s degree from a reputed university of my country University of Sargodha in Accounting and finance. I was awarded with Silver Medal with a CGPA of 3.65/4 and overall percentage of 77% in July 2007. After completing my degree, I joined Beaconhouse college in September 2007 as O level Accounting, Business and Economics teacher and worked till October 2010, then left my job for further studies and enrolled in MBA Finance. After completion of my degree in February 2012 I received job offer from my previous organization Beaconhouse and worked there till Feb 2013, but once again to satisfy my inner knowledge related passion, I left job to get PhD degree in my subject. I completed my course work in short period of 1 year and again Beaconhouse offered me A level subjects to teach in 2014, so from last 10 years I am teaching to A level and was working on my theses of PhD. I completed my PhD management science degree in Feb 2023.Its a long time but during this period I got married, completed my family and secured Bachelor of Education degree in 2017 with 1st Div. along different type of teaching related courses provided by my institution. 

In 2007 I started my profession officially but I got attached to teaching profession after completion of my higher school degree in 2001.I started my career as home tutor and taught to my juniors to get experience and fulfil my expenses. After BBA 2007 I started work in Beaconhouse and still working there. It’s the proof of my effort and hard work that my institution is considering me an asset and offered me job with growth in academic 3 times in last 17 years. During the gap of 2013-2014 when I was on PhD course work I worked as visiting faculty in University of Sargodha as my Head of Department in MBA and BBA knows me personally as a student so they referred me as visiting faculty. After my course work I want full time job so I quit from visiting to my permanent job of Beaconhouse as A level Instructor. After the pandemic of Covid online teaching has vested its scope so in my part time I am attached with online academies across the world specially in Middle east.

As my educational background has always directed me toward academic development as well as in my career. I am positive in continuing my process of learning again and hoping to further achieve my dream of teaching in developed countries like UK which can lead me to get more skills of modern teaching which are not available in developing countries like Pakistan.

I have done Bachelor of education which is related with skills and training of teaching. As I have Mathematics till my higher school degree so its related with teaching of math's in primary. My doctorate degree is in  management science, with specialization of Accounting and Finance so these are my subjects of teaching in O and A level's.
