I have qualification of Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 14 years solid experience of Mechanical Engineering in Manufacturing, Design, Maintenance, CNC Operation + Programming (CAD CAM), Steel structure, Jig fixture and tools (JFT), Induction Hardening + inductors and Design optimization. I have a career of Tough and completely changed roles. I adept and led the role max in 03 months. So I am confident that I can cope with any challenging role.

14 years of total experience, with 10 years Managing Mechanical workshop, Tooling | CAD CAM |Induction Hardening and 4 years in Quality Assurance.
• Experienced in Manufacturing of Heavy machinery, Mechanical product design, Process Control.
• Established teams of Tooling experts, Induction hardening technicians and CNC Programmers and Machinists. The role
included hiring of fresh Associates and Bachelors, Training, Assessment of right role according to their capabilities and
Management of the teams.
• Saved time and cost by Design optimization and inhouse
manufacturing of outsourced parts.
• Increased capacity of Coal inspection by providing the solution of Semi-automated Coal Samplers. the role includes Design, Fabrication, Commissioning and Maintenance.
