I HAVE A ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A Shopekeeper In Sara Cash & Carry Supermarket in Narowall  .i learn very briefly about the responsibilities of shoopkeer.

•Shopkeepers must also be diligent in arranging products that seem untidy or displaying products properly so that they look attractive and easy to reach by consumers.

.•Maintain the cleanliness of the sales area

The shopkeeper’s next task is to maintain the cleanliness of the product and its sales area, such as a shelf where product displays are displayed. Shopkeepers must try to keep the product from adhering dust. Therefore, before opening a store, the Shopkeeper always makes sure the sales area is clean and tidy.

•Write sales report

Shopkeepers are also required to write sales reports. Like stock reports or something else. Shopkeepers must be careful in writing sales reports.

•Provide excellent service to consumers

Providing friendly and best service to customers is the main task of a shopkeeper. Shopkeepers are required to provide excellent service to consumers such as helping to find products, directing consumers appropriately, or providing accurate information.

•Sensitive and responsive to consumers

Sometimes there are some consumers who don’t have time to ask or feel hesitant to ask the Shopkeeper. The job of this shopkeeper is to have a responsive attitude towards consumers to always ask for their needs when he is confused about finding or choosing the right product.

•List products

A Shopkeeper has the responsibility to always check the stock/availability of the product. Shopkeepers must always report product availability to warehouse staff to always maintain product availability on store shelves or gondola.
