I started my career back in 2003 as a full-time employee. During my career, I have been a member of 4 companies in Pakistan.

Master in Library and Information Science, with more than 20 years of experience in Librarianship. I worked as a main librarian at PAF KIET and now working as Library Administrator at NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi.

NED University of Engineering and Technology July 2006 To Present:

• Supervise a team to maintain the An Line Public Access Catalog and train them to guide the library users on" How to use OPAC".
• Books Management through DDC
• Different tasks handling by students, researchers, and scholars.
• Responsible for selecting books, journals, and magazines for students and research Scholars 
• Library Stock Management.
• LMS Training to employees, students, and researchers.
• Organize Seminars, Book fairs, and Workshops
• Reports Generation for Management.
• Vendor dealing, and maintaining purchasing records.
• Promote Library Activities through Social Media (Facebook, Bloggers, and other platform)
• Leading a team to develop Membership, Issue/return module for Reference Library.
• Providing “Ask a Librarian” service through Telephone and e-mail
• Managing Library budget to improve library services.
• Organize Library Orientation for new students.
• Supervised volunteers in specific library duties, including shelving, processing, and special projects.
