MAJOR Responsibilities as IT Officer

I. Company System Administrator & Network Support Role

• Installation and configuration of hardware’s (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners,

Switches, Network Cables, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware troubleshooting in user End.

• Provide technical support of outlook emails and Microsoft team and zoom meetings-

related problems.

• Technical support & troubleshooting (Windows & Windows Server, AD Server, DNS,

DHCP, Data Backup, Network Switches)

• (HMIS, Microsoft office 365, ERP, Microsoft teams, zoom meetings.

II. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management deployment & support

Ensure AKHSP Pakistan equipped with adequate and reliable IT infrastructure (LAN, Servers

Internet service, IT equipment)

Ensure readiness and working conditions of important and critical business IT equipment

(servers, routers, Laptops, Printers, backup and network switches etc)

Ensure Data Security & Backup infrastructure and system.

111. User support and Services

Provide Helpdesk support and manage the IT requests through the Help Desk system (user

complains completion)

Install and ensure adequate installation and configuration of IT equipment (including Servers,

computer, printer, routers etc.

Provide demo session and orientation for new staff on in-house softwares, data safety and

security, IT policies and standards.

IV. Hospital Management system deployment and support

Practically participate in designing in-house software for Aga Khan Medical Centers

Practically implement hospital Management system (OPD-CMR-Radiology, Pharmacy,

patient admission, patient discharge and Account Management system.

Manage 24/7 IT Support to Hospitals of Aga Khan Health Service Pakistan
