I am a BS Health & Physical Education graduate with a strong foundation in fitness training, sports science, and athlete development. I am passionate about promoting an active and healthy lifestyle through structured exercise, proper technique, and personalized coaching.

Throughout my studies and practical experience, I have developed skills in physical fitness assessment, training program design, and sports management. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages to help them improve their strength, endurance, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a positive and motivating environment where people can achieve their fitness and performance goals confidently and safely.

I have worked as a teacher at Shah-e-Hamdan Public School Skardu, where I taught students with dedication and focused on building their academic skills, discipline, and confidence. My teaching approach emphasizes clear communication, student engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.

Along with teaching, I have experience as an online Social Media Manager and Content Writer. I have managed social media pages, created engaging posts, developed audience-focused content, and helped brands grow their online presence. My skills include content planning, creative writing, and understanding digital trends to improve reach and engagement.

I have completed my BS in Health and Physical Education, which provided me with strong knowledge in fitness, wellness, sports science, and educational techniques.
