As the vice principal and a mathematics teacher in a college, I would describe myself as a dedicated educator committed to fostering academic excellence and supporting the overall growth and development of my students. In the classroom, I strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to explore mathematical concepts and develop problem-solving skills.

As the vice principal, I see my role as being both supportive and proactive. I work closely with the principal and other members of the leadership team to ensure that the school operates smoothly and that the needs of both students and staff are met. Whether it's handling administrative tasks, addressing disciplinary issues, or implementing new initiatives to enhance the educational experience, I approach my responsibilities with professionalism and a focus on collaboration.

Overall, I aim to be a resource and a role model for both students and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the college community.

i completed my M.phill in mathematics from University of Poonch Rawalakot having CGPA 3.74, and i am happy to announce that my first article has been published international with 5.4 impact factor.
