Rabiya Salman

I am a BBA graduate with majors in Marketing. My skills range from project management, business administration, data analysis, market research, and bidding specialist. I have been working with Oxford Policy Management since 2020 in various project/admin related roles. 

I am looking to diversify my skillset by working on market research and analysis using new data analyst tools. 

I started as a project administrator at Oxford Policy Management in 2020. My responsibilities included logistics, budget management, communication and branding, people dealing and involve management. I have managed and worked on projected funded by FCDO, GIZ, UN, World bank, etc. My involvement in the project started form the beginning when we bid for a project till the successful closedown. 

During this, I have polished my word, excel, photoshop, and Stata skills. I have worked on large datasets on the projects and cleaned them on excel while also making tables in Stata. My photoshops skills were put to test in different project infographics and diagrams required at the bid and implementation stages. I have worked on and formatted 1000+ page reports for submission of bids to various funding agencies. 

I have done bachelors of science in business administration with a major in marketing.
