I am a passionate and ambitious person towards my field. I expert in psychological skills expert in relaxation exercise and CBT, DBT, Mindfulness exercises. I am an adaptable person and good listening and communication skills wanna help the persons who are stressed out. Help out the person with anxiety, stress, depression, also OCD. 

I worked in shifa international hospital and in benazir bhutto hospital (BBH) as an internee clinical psychologist. I worked there for almost 8-10 months.

I have done my matric and FA from I-M-C-G F-7/4.
