I have almost 3 years’ experience in Research, editing, publication and coordination with written, , Management and oratory skills while maintaining intellectual independence and autonomy, designing Policy, Planning and Development, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Management Skills .
Through my experience, I have become well versed in Edit and copy edit products including policy reports, press releases, email newsletters, commentaries and writing reports and transcription. Utilizing my educational background as a current PhD scholar (working on Artificial Intelligence and Great powers (US-China) competition at School Of Politics and International Relation, Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan and experience of working in development sectors and non governmental organization ; additionally gives me ability to integrate superior organization and communication skills across all levels of research and Editing. Moreover, allowing me to excel in both independent and team-oriented environments and effectively lead the team and overcome the challenges related to attracting, recruiting and selecting the best candidate for the said position. The following achievements demonstrate my qualification for this position:
● As a research officer (program) worked on Coordinating, supporting and the youth on research ethics.
● Doing qualitative research,Management of Data, data analysis (Qualitative and quantitative).
● Establishes program evaluation plans and activities to drive effective decision making and inform strategic planning·
● Plan, initiate and manage monitoring and evaluation activities as per the organizational rules, policies and procedures.
● Overseeing and Editing the PIPS' newsletters or policy Reports, Coordinate, correspondence and keep liaison with trainers, consultants and other resource persons engaged for different project event As a Project Coordinator/Research Associate my duties were management of Research Team while assisting the academics director and managing editor in preparation conference program, concept note, editing of web analysis and articles proofreading/editing and liaison/corresponding with the authors while contributing to the CSCR's strategic research plan.
● As a Research Associate at Strategic Vision Institute, I Worked as assistant editor on the manuscript of the book titled “CPEC a Precursor to Regional Economic Growth and Stability” including formatting of the book, referencing and bibliography, correspondence with authors and did Initial editing /review of the book.

● Published a chapter titled “CPEC as the Historic Culmination of Pak-China Relations in Book" by the Strategic Vision Institute, titled “CPEC a Precursor to Regional Economic Growth and Stability.
● Regularly contributing analysis and opinions in various national and international blogs and newspapers
