I am an expert Chemist at FFBL with over one year of experience in the role of a Management Associate Chemist. In my current position, I have taken on significant responsibilities to ensure that our laboratory operates in full compliance with ISO/IEC-17025 standards. My commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and safety protocols of laboratory. I am responsible for conducting precise and efficient chemical (Fertilizer Products) analysis, as well as developing and validating analytical methods. My passion for the field drives me to continuously expand my knowledge and skills to contribute to FFBL’s mission of excellence in the fertilizer and coal industry.

I have worked as a QC/QA Chemist at Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL), plantsite port qasim, Karachi for more than a year and have a strong command on instruments such as Karl Fischer titrator, pH meter, Conductivity meter, UV Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph, Flame Photometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, ICP-OES, ED-XRF Analyzer, Bomb Calorimeter, Nitrogen distillation Unit Kjeldahl Method.

     Safety compliance in the laboratory by reviewing laboratory safety and glassware handling manuals.

     Testing of raw materials, water and finishedproducts by colorimetric, gravimetric, & volumetric methods.

     Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.

     Maintain inventory record of lab chemicals and reagents.

     Proficient in all aspects of laboratory housekeeping.

     Examined transformer oil gas sample by TOGA, and Benfield solutionsof ammonia and urea plants.

     Sampling and analysis of samples of water, lube oil, liq. NH3 and carbamate of Ammonia, DAP, Urea, and Utilities.

     Held full accountability of analyzing DAP and Urea products, P2O5 and metallicimpurities in H3PO4 samples.

     Maintained analytical results, record book of in-process as well as finished products.

     Achieved desiredresults through the proximate and ultimate analysisof coal.

     Performed elemental analysis of limestone, sieves analysis of coal and limestone via ED-XRF.

     Performed completeanalysis of waterrequired by the operations of fertilizer and coal power plant.
