Nasar khan

’m Muhammad Nasrullah Khan, originally from Rahim Yar Khan District. I completed my basic education in Rahim Yar Khan and pursued a Diploma in Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance, during which I earned a prize of 40,000 PKR for public speaking in the CM Punjab competition.

I hold a BBA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi. This degree has equipped me with a strong foundation in organizational behavior, human resource management, and strategic business practices.

Throughout my academic career, I was actively involved in the university's Debating Club, where I served as President. I received several national public speaking awards and represented my university on various TV channels. Additionally, I managed national and international events for the university and was honored with special recognition upon graduation. These experiences significantly enhanced my leadership, strategic thinking, and teamwork skills.

After completing my studies, I joined Spartans Global as an Officer in HR Operations and Employee Relations. In this role, which I began in July 2021, I have gained comprehensive experience in managing HR functions. Currently, my responsibilities include:

Executing payroll through our Oracle-based HR system.
Coordinating salary disbursements and handling payment reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Managing all aspects of compensation and benefits, including payroll management, allowances, and medical claims, while ensuring accurate employee records through effective attendance and leave systems.
In my role, I collaborate closely with line managers and Industrial Engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and performance management. I also lead recruitment efforts, addressing employee grievances, managing terminations, and overseeing exit processes, including final settlements and post-employment benefits. Additionally, I work with management to implement HR policies, conduct statistical analysis for strategic decision-making, and develop succession planning strategies to support career growth within the organization.

I hold a BBA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and also Certified in Human Resources Management.
