I have experience more than 5 years of working in social sector/ NGOs and INGOs. Where I have serviced in a multidisciplinary task and assignment with a public in Apex consulting Pakistan, Contech International-Health consultants,  Strengthening Rights and Equality by Empowering Teams (STREET), IOM-UN Migration and Taraqee Foundation. I have worked with Taraqee Foundation in Emergency response project at district Kachhi for 5 Months as a Data Collector

Having almost 5 Years’ experience working in social sector. During my working career I have served on different positions such as Data Collection, 3rd party monitoring and social Mobilization in WASH project along with Islamic Relief Pakistan. During the WASh project I have performed my duties as Social Mobilizer to organize awareness session within the communities on WASH and monitoring the construction latrines and drainage lines.                        

2 Months and 10 days Worked as Data Collector  at Taraqee Foundation (Founded BY Actionagainst Hunger AC     

     Responsibilities

•     Performed services as Data Collector           in flood response 2022
•     Conducted Need Assessments at                   different  UC as per Project Requirements
•      Data collection from the districts
•      Planning of fieldwork
•      Reporting and documentation
•      Identify a scheme and create a team of        VDC(Village Development Committee)          members for  monitoring its,                    

2 Months Worked Data Entry Operator at Taraqee  Foundation (Founded By Japan International  Corporation Agency JICA)

     Responsibilities:

•       Performed services as Data Collector in       flood response2022
•       Conducted Need Assessments at                   different UCs as per Project                             Requirements
•       Data collection from the districts
•       Planning of fieldwork
•       Reporting and documentation
•       Distribution of Seeds in the district                 Kachhi as per Project Requirement

1 Month Worked with IOM-UN Migration as a Data Collector

      Responsibilities:

•       Performed services as Data Collector in       flood response 2022
•       Conducted Need (Displacement                     Tracking Matrix-DTM) at different UCs           as per Project Requirements
•       Planning and conducting regular Field           Visits
•       Collecting data from the UCs about               Migrated People during Flood
•       Collecting data from the UCs about               Migrated People after Flood
•       We held meetings in every UCs for                 collecting data from the chairman of             Union councils, teachers, and tribal                 persons
•       The data which is collected in a hard             form were further forwarded through             Kobo app to the head office  
•       Reporting and Proper Documentation to       Head Office                                                  

 3 Months Worked at Islamic Relief as Social Mobilizer for Three Months (WASH PROGRAM).

      Responsibilities  

•    Performed services as a  Social                  mobilizer                                                           
•    Conduction of awareness sessions at the    community
•    Distribution of hygiene kits  
•    The distraction of aqua tabs
•    Monitoring of construction of latrine
•    Monitoring of drainage lines in                        communities
•    Preparation and submission of a daily            field report
•    Prepare weekly and if necessary reports        detailing WASH concern, Efforts to                mitigate or eliminate them, issuing                recommendations as necessary

 1 month Experience as a Data Collector with Contech International – Health Consultants  (December 2021)

        Responsibilitie 

•   Planning and executing monitoring visits     to rural and urban areas after                           Measles/Rubella campaign
•   Conduct interview from respondent
•   Achieve target cover given clusters
•   Follow sampling methodology
•   Meet with child’s check BCG and marking 
•   Monitoring of the given area to monitor the   number of children vaccinated
•   Completing documentation
•   Reporting to the concerned officers

 3 Years’ Experience with APEX Consulting as a Polio Monitoring team member   (2019-2021)

       Responsibilities

•    Polio monitoring Work Identify the gaps in    polio work and the reason for a missing        child.
•    Conduct interview from respondent
•    Collect data on android device thorough        ODK
•    Achieve target cover given clusters
•    Maintain work sheet
•    Submit data online thorough ODK
•    Follow sampling methodology
•    Meet with child’s check BCG and marking
•    Maintain door marking
•    Attend refresher training

 1 year experience with Strengthening Rights and Equality by Empowering Teams (STREET) as Project Assistant (January 2018-December 2018)

       Responsibilities

•    Plan and implement activities according      to the work-plan
•    Prepare monthly and quarterly work plans    as per guidance of the Project Manager
•    Develop and finalize monthly reports
•    To maintain the proper documentation
•    Assist project manager in all other                  activities

1 year experience with Jazz company as Jazz Cash Agent and Salesmen (June 2015-July 2016)

       Responsibilities

•    To facilitate the customers for opening          their Jazz cash accounts
•    Transferring money to accounts
•    Reporting to the manager about the              updated and daily work target
•    Selling mobile SIMS to customers
•    Activating the packages on customer’s          mobile numbers
