Shahzada Muhammad Ussama Ghazali from Pakistan. A development Practitioner/ Social Scientist 

I have been working in an NGO from last 04 years in department of Monitoring and Evaluation/Research and Development, where I worked and implemented multiple projects as Project Manager and Manager M&E/R&D, along with these duties I have been a good Public/ Motivational Speaker and Trainer. Mostly giving training to young professionals on Proposal writing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Qualitative Research analysis, Research Oriented Projects and Grant Proposal Writing.  I have also supervised more than 14 students from multiple universities in academic researches for the completion of their Bachelors and Master’s Degree.

I have done Master in Development Studies in which I studied multiple subjects related to social science and development such as (Development critical analysis, Disaster Management, Project Management, Economics, Economics for Development, Gender and Development, Sociology for Development and other. My final research topic was on the socio-psychological dynamics of identity crisis among transgenders of Abbottabad.
