As a bioinformatician, I am at the intersection of biology and computational science, equipped with the skills to unravel the mysteries hidden within the vast realms of biological data. I have honed my expertise in handling diverse biological datasets, from genomics to transcriptomics and beyond. My passion lies in translating complex biological information into meaningful insights. With a profound understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and computational tools, I am committed to advancing our knowledge of life sciences. I have a strong background in both wet lab and dry lab work, and I find that I enjoy the challenges and rewards of both approaches to research. In my wet lab experience, I have developed skills in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cell culture. I enjoy the hands-on nature of this work and the satisfaction of generating experimental results. At the same time, I also have extensive experience in data analysis using bioinformatics tools. I have developed proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, and have applied these skills to analyze large data sets from genomic sequencing experiments. I find the ability to draw insights from complex data to be incredibly rewarding.

I pursued a Master's degree in Bioinformatics at the School of Interdisciplinary Engineering and Sciences (SINES), National University of Sciences and Technology Islamabad, one of Pakistan's top institutions for science and technology. My educational journey has been marked by a rigorous curriculum encompassing diverse subjects such as computer languages (C++ and Java), Translational Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Drug Discovery, Computational Biology, and more. This academic foundation has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of bioinformatics and contribute meaningfully to scientific research.
