As a Professional Tour Guide, my primary responsibility was to ensure that tourists visiting various destinations had an enjoyable and informative experience. This involved undertaking research and planning tours, preparing and giving presentations, offering sightseeing advice, organizing and leading excursions, and translating and interpreting for non- native speakers.
In this role, I developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to interact effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I also had a strong knowledge of the history, culture, and geography of the regions I worked in, enabling me to provide accurate and engaging information to visitors.
Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of tourists during their excursions. This involved identifying and assessing potential hazards, providing appropriate guidance and assistance, and responding to emergencies as needed.

As an Area Manager at Local Traders Pvt Ltd, I was responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores in the region.
