    logistics, distributions, disposal, and dispatching while taking demand supply gaps and market trends into

    Increased Inventory Turnover from 2.6 to 3.3 with an overall inventory reduction of 15%.
    Renegotiated services' contracts resulting in savings of the monthly payments by 10%. Achieved 8%

    Quarterly Financial/Operational analysis of Individual Departments against the set targets for the
    respective Fiscal Year.
    Coordinated with Purchase/Material Management Departments in optimized planning of CAPEX/OPEX
    purchases during the FY in order to avoid cash flow issues.

    and distribution of supplies throughout the facility.
    Ensured accurate inventory records in the ERP system, utilizing suitable audited tools such as cycle
    counts, aging reports, low balance inventory reports and transaction reviews. Responsible for overseeing inventory control integrity for 4 different business units which included a main
    store in the Hospital and 3 different sub stores in Nur International University, Institute of Allied Health
    Sciences and Saeeda Waheed College of Nursing.

    As a frontline supervisor, provided reporting and performance monitoring to Senior Management.
