Job Descriptions:
Collect and analyze insurance applicant information to screen each client and conduct insurance policy risk assessments.
calculate possible risk, sets Terms & Conditions and decide the premium - how much individuals or organizations should pay for insurance.
Prepare, process and dispatched all related documents (Proposal, Covernote, Policy, Renewal Notices, Bills, Quotation etc.)
Provide our best service to client and timely cover their risk and liaison with clients to educate on policies terms and conditions through available channels and also facilitate and coordinate with our sales team in enhancing business.
Risk Management/Surveyor inspections will be carried out for new as well as existing business where necessary.
Prepare all types of Underwriting Data Analyses reports required by Head Office and/or Division office.
Control of Cover notes expiry dates and conversion to policies
Compliance of policy with Guideline, Tariff and clauses with Head Office instructions to be monitored.
Working as IT Coordinator
Liaison with IT Department for resolve premia and other IT related issued
Maintained and updating of all IT equipment and
Working as ISO Coordinator
Working in Teamwork atmosphere Managing Internal Quality Control Process (ISO) in branch
Assists in the ISO 9001 certification maintenance program.
Oversee and enter all information into ISO computer database (Word, Excel, Access, information)
Coordinate and manage all Internal /external ISO audits.
ISO Documentation (Document Controller/Internal Auditor)
Control, organize and maintain ISO procedures.
