Having rich experience in the field of offshore/onshore Piping design & Piping Stress Analysis and its management. Executed and managed piping & piping stress analysis jobs of Metallic and RTRP (Reinforced Thermo Resin Plastic) pipes for chemical and petrochemical plants.
Planning and supervision for Piping Stress Analysis jobs, manpower estimation, job scheduling, EDDR preparation, inter-discipline coordination, preparation of information for other disciplines, control of variation, coordination with clients and vendors, review of the work done by junior engineers, guidance and training to juniors.
Static stress analysis of piping against different loads including fatigue analysis, piping components analysis, Equipment nozzle loads analysis
Dynamic stress analysis of piping using Caesar II by Response Spectrum and Time History methods
Primary pipe support design, preparation of pipe support standard and special pipe supports including spring supports and expansion bellows
Participated in projects involving Concept, FEED and EPC
Familiar with the requirements of different codes and standards like ANSI, ASME, API, UKOOA, & ISO14692.
Have a very good experience with RTRP & Metallic piping systems. Supervised, managed and analyzed different RTRP projects for different RTRP Vendors.
