Coordinated machine layout, bottle design, and raw material selection resulting in a flawless execution and timely delivery of the project.
Managed the installation and commissioning of the AF compressor 35bar, ensuring the project was completed on time and met all technical requirements, resulting in increased operational efficiency and reduced downtime.
Contributed to the maintenance of the SIDEL stretch blowing machine of 18 stations and labeler machine with SIDEL engineers after 12,000 running hours, increasing machine reliability and ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborated in the successful installation and commissioning of the KRONES ErgoBloc PET bottling plant with a production speed of 40,000 bottles per hour in ANC foods GOURMET cola Multan, Pakistan, achieving project completion within the allotted timeframe, and within budget.
