Masood Mir

I take this opportunity to introduce myself. This is Muhammad Masood Mir, Senior Lecturer in Institute of Business Management, the 02nd -number university in all over Sindh, Pakistan.  I am also in finishing stage of my PhD,-Human Resource Management from IBA- University of Sindh and submitted the proposal for the approval. My expertise includes the talent management, organizational culture, leadership, and organizational behavior.

Teaching is my passion and i have chosen it as a profession. I am almost having 12 years of teaching (08 years) and corporate experience (04 years). I started my career from the corporate sectors to get the exposure and practical knowledge, which will give me a plus to my teaching. Since than I am teaching in university level.

Furthermore, I also have the research exposure, almost 16 papers published in national and international journals Clarivate analytics indexed with complex and innovative tools and detailed analysis. 4 of my research papers are in review in SSCI Indexed Journal. I am also a trainer of research-based software's like. AMOS, Smart-PLS, SPSS, Expert Choice and currently working on M-PLUS. Moreover, almost supervised 25 students in their final research thesis, and indulge in the university program to analyze the different data and interpretation to help the faculty and the other students to get published. I am also the trainer for the research-based software's like AMOS, SPSS, Smart Pls and expert choice all are on professional level with the detailed analysis.

I am almost having 12 years of teaching (08 years) and corporate experience (04 years). I started my career from the corporate sectors to get the exposure and practical knowledge, which will give me a plus to my teaching. Since than I am teaching in university level but along with I also perform my expertise to the corporate sectors on contractual basis, as a trainer, as an external recruiter and as an HR consultant 

I am an M.B.A in Human Resource Management, followed by the BBA-HRM with a record of outstanding academic and professional performances.
