Inspection, supervision and execution to the electrical and communications installation of high rise towers, commercial and residential buildings and infrastructure development projects. I am working as an Associate Engineer with NESPAK which is one of the most most well  known and top ranking international consulting firm of Pakistan.

Working with the strength o f an “ Associate Engineer” with N E S P A K . (National  Engineering Services Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.) Which is one of the most leading consulting firm of  Pakistan, from May 2006 to till to date, at different projects are as under: 

 • Construction of 04 No High Rise Tower (Ground +9th Floor) Naval Officer Residence   (NORE-I) Karachi. 

 • Design, Planning, Survey and Evaluation of existing electrical infrastructure/Facilities   Of Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi. 

 • Development and Construction of Port Allied Structure including Commercial  Complex I&II, Seamen Centre, Cargo Shed, Container Repair Shed, Marine Repair  Shed, Underground and Overhead Water Tank with pump room, Watch and Light  Tower, MV- Substation, Road and Parking Area at Gwadar Port Baluchistan. • Construction of LOB plant of MAL Pakistan Pvt Ltd at KCIP Karachi. 

• Main Power Distribution System and Road Lighting Network at Korangi Creek Industrial Park. Karachi. 

 •Construction Offices/Laboratories.Building of PSQCA (Pakistan Standard and  Quality Control Authority) at Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi under Ministry of Science and  Technology. 

• Allied Residential Complex (Ground + 11 floor multi storey 3 No Tower) of Pakistan   Navy At Karsaz, Karachi. 

• Tools Dies and Mould Center at KCIP Karachi under Ministry of Industry and Production.

• National Bank of Pakistan, Branches at NED Engineering University Karachi and Port  Qasim Authority Karachi. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Inspection of works carried out by the contractors in respect of the works relative to electrical networks. 

• Monitor electrical installations to ensure that only approved materials are being used in the project. 

• Gives clear concise and understandable instructions to contractors to avoid abortive works errors. 

• Prepare reports related to inspections and quality of works. 

• Issue observations / remarks to contractors and follow up remedial works until works found satisfactory. 

• Supervision to the laying of underground H.T & L.T Cables and their splicing, terminations and  testing commissioning also. 

• Supervision & Inspection to the installation, testing and commissioning of MV Switchgear (11 KV), DG Set (50 KVA -500 KVA), Transformers (100 KVA – 750 KVA), L.T Panels, ATS Panel, Synchronizing Panel, Power Factor Improvement Panel, Bus Coupler, MCC Panel, Bus Duct Raiser etc. 

• Supervision and Inspection to the installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC System, Fire  Alarm System, Data / Voice System, CCTV System, Cable TV System, Public Address System,  Nursing Calling System, Burglar Alarm System, Street Lighting Network System, Earthing  System of lightening arrestors, Substations, DG Set , HV & LV equipment according to the British  Standard Specification (BSS), Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE), National Electrical Code (NEC) and Local Safety Rules Regulation. 

• Verification of running and final bills and joint measurement. 

• Worked as a “Electrical Forman” with M/S SAPAC (Saudi Pan Kingdom Company)  Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Project of Arar Technical College at Arar KSA from February 2005 to December 2005. 

RESPONSIBLITES: 

• Supervision and execution of all electrical installation, Wiring, Underground Cables, Data/Voice  System, Fire Alarm System, HVAC System, Street Lighting System and Earthling System, according  to the British Standard Specification (BSS), Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE), National Electrical Code (NEC) and Local Safety Rules Regulation. 

• Worked as a “Electrical Installation Inspector” with Al-Ain Distribution Company of ADWEA at Al-Ain UAE. From September 1999 to July 2004. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitoring all Electrical Engineering networks aspects of the project such as Industries,  Commercial buildings, Villas, Residential Low cost housing schemes, Hospitals, Green houses, Agricultural farms and Water Pumping Stations etc. to ensure compliance with NEC codes, BSS & local safety rules regulation. 

• Inspection of works carried out by the contractors in respect of the works relative to   Electrical networks. 

• Monitor electrical installations to ensure that only approved materials are being used in the project.

• Gives clear concise and understandable instructions to contractors to avoid abortive works errors. 

• Prepare reports related to inspections and quality of works. 

• Issue observations / remarks to the contractors and follow up remedial works until works found satisfactory. 

• Inspection and Testing of all electrical installation including H.T & L.T Cables, H.T & L.T Panels, Transformers, KWH Meter arrangement, Street Lighting and Earthing System to the low cost houses, Multi Stories Buildings, Villas, Houses, Industries, Factories, Agricultural farms, Green Houses and Irrigation System according to the approved drawings and technical specifications by AADC, BSS, NEC, IEE Codes and Local safety rules regulation. 

• Worked as a “Electrical Supervisor OHL 33/11 KV” with WED (Water and Electricity Department) Al-Ain, UAE from January 1997 to September 1999. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supervision to the erection of Poles and Towers and Stringing of OHL 33/11 KV. • Supervision to the Laying of H.T Cables (33/11 KV) and their Terminations. • Supervision to the installation of PMTs V.M Switches on the poles and Feeder Pillars. • S u p e r v i s i o n to the Earthing of 33/11 KV network system. 

• Taking Shutdown by the Primary Substations for the commissioning of OHL 33/11 KV. • P r e p a r a t i o n of Survey Letters and Work Orders to the Contractor. 

• Joint measurement with contractors to the verification of bills. 

• Worked as a “Electrical Supervisor” with M/S Saeed Electrical Works Establishment at Al Ain UAE from December 1995 to December 1996. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supervision and Execution to the Supply of Material, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the  Transformers, LT Panels, Cables, DB’s, Wiring of Data/Voice and Intercom System, Fire Alarm System, Earthing System and HVAC System for the Residential and Industrial Projects. • Preparation of works casuals. 

• Preparation of Bills. 

• Provide and depute the skilled staff and labors according to requirements. 

• Worked as a “Electrical Supervisor” with M/S Al Jimi Electro Mechanical Contracting Establishment at Al-Ain UAE, from July 1994 to November 1995 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supervision and Execution to the Supply of Material, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the LT Panels, Cables, DB’s, Wiring of Data/Voice and Intercom System, Fire Alarm System, Earthing System and HVAC System for the Residential and Industrial Projects. 

• Preparation of works scasual. 

• Preparation of Bills. 

• Provide the skilled staff and labours according to requirements.

• Worked as a “Assistant Electrical Engineer” with Al-Ain National Juice & Refreshment Company, at Al-Ain UAE, from February 1992 to June 1994. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform routine, corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipment as per the standards. • Diagnose cause of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as  transformers, motors, relays, switches and control and monitoring devices and take corrective measures in collaboration with Maintenance Engineer. 

• Read electrical schematics and logic and control drawings and trouble shoot problems of Control/Electrical circuits. 

• Confirm all safety and proper isolation is carried out to repair the equipment under maintenance with coordination with his superior/and local operator. 

• Preparation of Maintenance Schedule. 

• Routine Maintenance of the Plant. 

• Look after the troubleshooting of the Plant and the Factory in the less time for trying to minimize the production losses. 

• Advice to the management and preparation of reinforcement scheme of the electrical distribution  system. 

• Worked as a “Site Engineer Electrical” with M/S Khan Traders, Karachi, Pakistan, from August 04, 1989 to January 31, 1992. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supports the Construction Manager to ensure timely completion against schedule and makes recommendationsto increase resources to improve performance, where require.  • Supervise daily activities to ensure compliances scheduling and testing is conducted.  • Responsible for the construction effort through the supervision of civil subcontractor   superintendents and site civil engineers in assigned area of project. 

 • Ensures subcontractors compliance with Permit to Work systems and operating   company procedures. 

 • Ensures subcontractors compliance with HSE and QA/QC Plans. 

 • Builds and maintains a positive working relationship with the subcontractors and  project stakeholders. 

 • Assists Construction Manager with coordination of materials and tracking of asset  inventory.
