My self Mackson Irfan. I have almost 5 years of experience in sales. I want to grow my career.

I bring diverse experience across sales, operations, and customer relationship management. At Farm to Home (2023–Present), I have worked as a Sales Manager, Product & Operational Manager, and Relationship Officer. In these roles, I have successfully managed daily order flow, inventory updates, and customer issue resolution while building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships. My efforts consistently contributed to meeting and exceeding sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall shopping experience through the use of innovative technology.

Previously, I gained international exposure at RakBank Dubai, where I served as a Sales Representative for six months. My work involved generating sales reports, assisting customers, and strengthening client relationships. Prior to this, I worked at Telenor for one year as a Sales Representative, where I developed a strong track record in sales growth and client servicing. Additionally, I gained early experience at McDonald’s as a Front-End Cashier, where I handled cash transactions with accuracy, improved customer satisfaction, and supported store operations.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) and continuing my studies in Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS). I have also completed my Matriculation from the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (F.B.I.S.E.).
