Syeda Malaika

I'm a student currently balancing my studies with work experience as a virtual assistant and in customer support. I've worked remotely with different clients, helping with day-to-day tasks, communication, and keeping things organized. Now, I’m looking for flexible jobs that fit around my academic schedule. I’m reliable, quick to learn, and comfortable working independently.

I have experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant at Al-Madad Welfare Group. My work has involved handling donor queries, managing emails, organizing schedules, and supporting daily operations. I’m used to working independently, especially during peak times like the start and end of the month, and I’m comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Word. in Customer Support, for a startup brand Cookie Fever, where I helped with customer inquiries, order tracking, and promotional activities. I’ve also supported small business with tasks like email handling, scheduling, and general admin work. I’ve worked on a contract basis and am now looking for flexible roles that allow me to balance work with my studies.

I am currently pursuing a degree from University of Karachi in English Literature and Linguistics, which has helped me develop strong communication, writing, and intellect. I also completed my Intermediate in Pre-Medical. I switched from AKU-EB to Karachi Board to complete my matriculation.
