Having a sound knowledge of business case preparations for Data Centers Construction, Budgeting and costing, RFP's, Site selection, Facility components sizing, Technical Evaluations, Vendors Management, end to end project management from Kickoff, Equipment Delivery Tracking, Design Freezing, Change Management, PAT/PAC, Contracts and project closures
