In my current role as a NOC Engineer at Ultranet Ghana I am responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving network incidents and service outages promptly. I have a proven track record of proactively identifying network issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality service delivery. I am skilled in utilizing various network monitoring tools and platforms to maintain network performance and conduct real-time analysis.
