I have done MBA management serving as admin in Bahria Town Pvt Ltd project at Lahore since 2018, just want to move to Islamabad home town.

Being an admin and facility manager following tasks have been performed and appreciated.

1. Protocol and services to the company’s higher management.
2. Online meetings with higher management for work done and new strategies.
3. Banks transactions, cash summery, bank vouchers and billing.
4. All security cameras and check post activities.
5. Looking security department (duties schedule, selection and enrolment).
6. Building repair maintenance and safety measures.
7. Maintaining inventories record and physical check with audit department.
8. On board meetings and suggestions to the supervisor and managerial staff.
9. Overseeing logistics and transport activities (vehicles logbook, maintenance/fuelling etc).
10. Manage inventory of goods and IN/OUT gate passes.
11. Housekeeping staff including Philippines and Pakistani staff.
12. Negotiate and purchasing of housekeeping materials as per need and approval.
13. Looking staff groceries and routine matters of cafeteria.
14. Ordering all staff garments/uniform.
15. Physical cross check daily routine works.
16. All staff salary and disbursement of cash and bank transfer.
17. Day end work pictorial report and summery to the higher management.
