With a Ph.D. in Marketing and publications in reputed journals such as Total Quality Management & Business Excellence (Q1) and the Journal of International Food & Agribusiness Marketing, my research explores digital consumption behavior, mobile commerce, social media engagement, and AI-driven marketing. I have designed and delivered undergraduate and postgraduate courses that blend case-based learning, analytics, and real-world applications, while also mentoring students and supervising research projects.
