• Handling Recruitment & Selection Process (Post Job at Rozee.PK & other Portals, Screening Resumes according to Job description for different functions, Arrangement of interviews etc)
• Organizing and conducting Orientation for new employees 
• Issuing probation completion, Termination & Resignation letters to Internal Employees
• Maintaining Employee Personal files
• Enrolling the employees for EOBI (Company registration, Update employee status at EOBI Portal etc)
• Assist Manager HR in Annual Performance Appraisal activity 
• Processing Performance Appraisal Reports, Increments, and Promotions of employees.
• Maintaining and updating personnel information database 
• Screening CV's according to Job description for different functions..
• Monitoring leave balance of employees on monthly basis and record .Ensuring the leaves are properly approved and employees are not exceeding the prescribed limit for availing leaves.
• Correspondence with Insurance Company regarding Health & Life Insurance claims, reimbursements enrollment and deletion of the employees.
• Familiar with SAP HCM & CRM environment. Use SAP for routine work.
