• Collection of recruitment data.
• Shortlisting the resumes and arrangement of interviews.
• Setting up an initial interview by phone first, and then sending a letter to make the details of the offer official.
• Retention, motivations, and maintaining office discipline.
• Regularly Updating Development Officers with client's emails and initial conversations with clients.
• Setting up meetings and confirming date/time and time zones.
• Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites to track and identify prospective candidates.
• Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conducting telephonic interviews for initial screening
• Meeting with and scheduling interviews of shortlisted individuals with technical team/ senior management.
• Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers
