 Installation and maintenance of well head and crude dispatch facilities.

Periodic monitoring of well parameters with mobile test separator.

Preparation of BOQ and arrangement of material for upcoming wells in area. 

 Planning for Pipeline project and supervise the activities as Right of way,

 Trenching, leveling, stringing, welding, nitrogen purging, lowering etc.

Monitoring of Hydro testing and pre-commissioning activities.

In charge Heavy Vehicles and Auto workshop.

Maintain vehicles logbook and repairing expenditures.

To supervise annual shutdown activities at plant site.

Corrosion related activities:

Review and approve design for Cathodic Protection system Installation as per NACE standards RP 0169, RP 0186 and RP 0193 for well casing, flow lines and crude storage tanks bottom.

Material arrangement for CP system installation.

Supervision and co-ordinate with contractor during installation and commissioning phases of CP system.

Monitoring, troubleshoot and take reading of installed CP system.

Analysis of corrosion coupon retrieved from in service flow lines for determination of corrosion rate.

Monitor working of chemical injection pumps installed on crude lines and gathering systems.

To continuously monitor the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitor in use and evaluate dosage rate for corrosion control of flow lines and plant piping.

To ensure coating integrity by various technique DCVG & ECDA surveys.

Reviewing and updating pipe work RBI as per API 850 as necessary.

Liaison with process department for issues regarding increased BS&W and scaling.

Keep record of corrosion inhibitor and Demulsifier fed in chemical injection pump.
