As National Quality & Hygiene Manager in MAF Carrefour Pakistan, I am responsible to regulate Food Safety Standards by implementing HACCP & IFS Standards & control plans throughout the supply chain of the company including the Quality Assurance of Own Brand Private Label Products namely "Mychoice & M-Logo".
With the working experience of 10 years in the field of Food Safety & Quality Assurance collectively in regulatory authority, food industry & retail sector, I have managed to attain multiple national & international trainings and also being the part of conducting internal & external audits of food premises.
