I am Faizan from Pakistan.Currently i am working with MAN Energy Solution Pakistan as a Field Supervisor . I am involve in the field of Diesel Generators / Engines since 2009. I have strong knowledge and working skills in my relevant field. I have working experience in Iraq with SOS International (US based company) and i have 08 years working experience in Pakistan with Hi-Long Drilling Group of Companies in premises of Pakistan petroleum and United Energy Pakistan, Wartsila Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, Allied Engineering and Services ltd (Authorized dealer of Caterpillar in Pakistan and Afghanistan).

Responsibilities :                                                                                                                                                  I have hands-on working experience of MAN diesel engines type. 18V32/40, 9L 21/31S, 6L 20/27, E2842 and D2862 in different industries and ships, and i also hand-on working experience of S.E.M.T Pielstick 16PA6STC diesel engine in pakistan navy marine warships.
Performed Troubleshooting, corrective maintenance all kind of routine maintenance as per MAN recommendations including  500hrs 2K, 6K, 12k 20k and major overhauling services. PDI, commissioning at customer’s site on heavy fuel oil and diesel engines.
Failure parts analyzing on (Mantis) system and operating MAN diagnostic tool (Mancats).

Caterpillar Certified Generator Technician at SOS International LLC  (Iraq)      2018 to 2019  

Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions including ability to follow routine maintenance schedule working on Caterpillar D-3516B, C-15 -C13 engines and Perkins 2300, 2500, 2800 & 4012.
Performed preventive maintenance services, troubleshoot, parts Inspect, repair, Top-end, In-frame and major overhauling of caterpillar, Perkins generator set.
I have good knowledge of Caterpillar engines components.
Failure parts analyzing on SIS system and operateing electronic technician (E.T.)
Look after standby generators outside the plant, for emergency (Caterpillar, Perkins, and Olympian).

Senior Rig Mechanic at Hi-long Drilling Group of Companies  (Pakistan)              2016 to 2018 

Responsibilities :
Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment on the rig & rig camp.
Observes proper rig operating procedures, noting unsafe practices.
Plays an active part in QHSE meetings, tool box meetings, the TQM program and all other company safety management systems.
Signs the mechanical isolation part of the Permit to Work and performs and checks any equipment isolation that may be necessary to safety 
Monitors power plant operations in the event of an emergency.
Particular attention to the maintenance of all mechanical safety related equipment.
Maintains and repairs prime movers and other engines with associated equipment.

Specially working on Locomotive Engines C-175 - D-3516B in Pakistan Railway .

Mechanical Technician at Wartsila Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.   (Pakistan)         2009 to 2012      

Responsibilities :
Performed working during major overhauling on different generators, engines with Wartsila service team.
During maintenance following work has been carried out.
Performed schedule maintenance, top-end & major overhauling of Diesel / HFO engine at Customer’s Site.
Activities like Overhauling of lube oil ,HT-LT water pump, Cylinder Head, Fuel injector, experienced of major maintenance (from 4K to 36K).
