About Uzair Mehmood Khan:

As an incharge ConventionaI Machine Shop, I have +6year experience in following areas:

1- Fabrication of SS, MS , CS and Aluminum Structure (including Preparation of WPS,WPQR, & WPQ).

2- Heat Treatment of Various types of Steels and Aluminum.

3- Study of Technical drawing for estimation of tooling and fabrication/ machining hours.

4. In-Process inspection of manufactured parts.  

Experience

  • Study of Technical Drawing - Estimation of tooling and material required for machining and /or fabrication. 
  • Manufacturing of parts on conventional Lathe, Milling, Shaper, Grinding, Radial drill & Laser cutting machine 
  • Fabrication and welding of Aluminum, MS & SS Structures as per drawing 
  • Heat treatment of MS, CS, SS, PH Steels & aluminum. 
  • Preparation of WPS, WPQ & PQR

Site Projects includes:

  • Lead Shielding of pipes
  • Buffing and Polishing of Storage Tanks
  • Pickling and Passivation of SS Tanks
  • Sand Blasting of Storage Tanks
