Responsibilities

Leading site team comprising of more than 100 staff including Site Engineers, Quality team, Safety team, site supervisors and workers (Electrician,plumber,HVAC, firefighting,HAT, carpenter, welders, electronics and labor).

Monitor and controlling overall project site progress and taking necessary steps to achieve milestones.

Ensuring the Quality standards are met for all the work performed up to complainer satisfaction, avoiding reworks via proper advance planning.

Risk assessments are performed for all activities and proper control measures are taken to minimize risks and setting up mitigation plans.

Conducting team building activities to motivate all stakeholders and their valued participation in all activities. 

Managing site requirement and coordination with procurement team and vendors to ensure timely delivery of material at site. 

Reviewing and commercial management of all projects to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Controlling costs on all projects and ensuring budgets are achieved.

Proactive engagement with the project managers on all live projects,to ensure the business goals are achieved and the commercial interest of the company are protected.

Handling sub-contractors & monitoring their jobs.

Provide quality tool box sessions to the construction team prior to start of any electrical activity and periodically thereafter as required by Schedule .

Ensuring the Quality standards(NEC,SAES P-100,111,116,121 etc)are met for all the work performed up to complainer satisfaction, avoiding reworks via proper advance planning.

Conducting team building activities to motivate all stakeholders and their valued participation in all activities.
