About Dn Nimra Maheen:

Here is Dn. Nimra Maheen, a Dietetic consultant, graduated from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan and is certified by DHQ-Muzaffaragarh and Pak-Italian Burn Centre Nishtar Hospital Multan. I Iam confident that my academic achievements and extracurricular activities demonstrate my commitment to academic excellence and my passion for the field of nutrition. I have consistently maintained a high GPA throughout my undergraduate studies and have actively participated in various nutrition-related events and workshops.

Experience

I worked six weeks as an internee in DHQ-Muzaffargarh where I assessed pediatricians and deal with their ailments including diarrhea, dysentery, epilepsy, celiac disease, fever, vomiting and other diseased conditions. I check their Standard deviations according to their growth and development, which is also an important measure to screen the cognitive development of children and infants. In the pediatric general ward, I used to give diet plans according to the patient’s condition and growth criteria by considering the dose given by the pediatric specialist. I used to consult with the specialist for making their meal plan as it is the rule of our profession to keep in mind all the important parameters during diet planning which also include lab parameters and history. Our mentors guided us if there is any flaws in our assessment and plans. It was a very good experience I have learned a lot. Same, Burn Centre I used to make diet plans for several burn patients facing different burn conditions and TBSA’s. Also, there were Ng-feed patients and tracheostomy patients we deal with them according to their issues. I graduated with B.Z.U in Human Nutrition and Dietetics also I do internships in DHQ-Muzaffargarh and Pak-Italian Burn Centre Nishtar, Multan. I am also certified in online nutrition-related workshops.
