As an ambitious, hard-working and emerging professional, I know that I can step into the role of teaching professional and work full time and part time as per requirement. As I was a visiting faculty lecturer in a public sector university, I am aware of the challenges of meeting deadlines, and completing assessments as I was a faculty member throughout my PhD Education regular program assessments and research work. Dedication, hard work, punctuality and commitment are my life lessons. I am currently waiting for my Viva Voce and my PhD Education degree.  As a visiting faculty I was well aware of my small role in making a positive impact on HEC recognized Universities' goals. As a postgraduate from Lahore College for Women, I am anxious to fulfil my responsibility honestly.  

 capable of handling the responsibilities of monitoring and evaluation specialist as I have strong communication skills, and enjoy collaboration in research. 

My research topic in PhD was Development of standardized English language test for Grade 7. This research was made possible by the facilitation of public schools, urban and rural in randomly selected districts of Pakistan. Data collection was a participative venture by the Secondary Education department of bachelor's in education students. This research was completed within my PhD regular program session 2018-2022 and the research work was submitted timely because of good management and focused work. As a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, I believe that an equal opportunity organization and my career goals are a strong match for a successful future.
