 Experience-01.

Currently I am working as an Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) in Shirazi Trading Company (Pvt) Limited Group of ATLAS. The STC has established in 1975. STC is the leading Largest Company of Pakistan. Dealing in Office Equipment i.e. (Heavy Duty Photocopier, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, Printer), Bio-Medical Equipment i.e. (MRI, X-Ray Machine, Angiography , CT Skin, Echo Machine, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound Machine, C-ARM Machine, Gamma Camera, ECG Machine, ETT Machine & Patient Monitors),   Industrial Solution i.e. (Man Diesel & Turbo SE,AKSA Generators from 1-2500kVA), Garrett (Metal Detectors, Walk Through Gate, X-Ray Baggage,, Astrophysics, and Metals & Chemicals, Cutting Tools & Die Machine. 

Working in Industrial Solution Department with following Responsibilities:

Maintaining promotional database by communicating and marketing to the target Prospects via e-mail, telephone & physical visits i.e. meetings. Execute all type of public projects through PPRA and KPPRA rules i.e. Single stage single envelop & two stage two envelopes procedure and private institutions procuring policies. . Closing deals in C&F/FOB/CFR/FOR terms with Public/Private Sector Institutes by utilizing LC source with Bank to Bank. Corresponding with Manufacturer and Principal according to feedback of clients and timely execution of a project by regular corresponding with PNSC/Shipment/Shipper forwarder Co locally & internationally for early clearance of shipment from Port. Pushing Manufacturer/Principal for provision of PFI, B/L, B/E, GD & Packing list for claim of the payment. Preparing public & private tenders, proposals, quotations and feasibility reports according to assessed budget of a department by making also invoices, earnest money, bank guarantees & security deposits in the Oracle system. Marketing on Pre-Tenders working by inputting my product specifications and features with specific terms & conditions. Strong follow up for the release of payment, earnest money, bank guarantees & security deposits. Regular communication to head office and manufacturers for complaint and delivery of the products. Negotiating on prices to market & sales and after sales services for different products. Providing full support to my Office staff. Updating high management by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders by notifying to my management and Customers. Providing product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. Prepares sales & services presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials. Tracks sales expenses by consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement. Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Identifying new Customers in the market and collecting information of the Competitors. Marketing research for trends and nature of requirement of the local & global market by presenting proposals to Management for new product horizon.

Experience-02.

I have worked as a Manager Sales in the Eboxsystems.Co  Regional Office Peshawar from January 1st 2014 to 31th December-2014. Eboxsystems.Co is the multiple ISO registered Company in Pakistan. Eboxsystems.Co has provided best Services of Sales, Overhauling, Preventive Maintenance & rental to over 800 Telecom Sites i.e. Telenor, Mobilink, U-Fone and Zong. Eboxsystems have also supplied various Brands of Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Photocopier,CCTV Cameras, UPSs, Solars Power and  Power Generations solutions to their valued Customers. We have provided various problematic solving events of Sales, Maintenance in the field of Air Conditioning operations. 

Working in Sales Department with Following Responsibilities:

Supervising staff of 05 People by assigning weekly tasks. Routine planning with my staff to achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets. Assigning territories to my sales team. Fully familiar with procurement rules & policies i.e. PPRA and KPPRA and private institutions procuring policies.  Motivating & Encouraging the staff. Communicating to high management and customers vie e-mails, telephone and convening meetings advised by sales staff. Always myself cautious by controlling extra expensis of the department. Playing role as a medium between manufacturers, stores, logistics, sales & services departments for timely deliveries, quantity & quality of the products. Experience-03.

I have worked as Executive Sales for 07months in The Imperial Electric Company Peshawar Office from March-13 to Oct-13. The IEC came into being in 1930. The range of IEC is from 09KVA to 2000KVA Generators. The IEC imports Perkins Engine from UK & Leroy Somer Alternator from France by coupling locally in the Factory in the name of IMPAC Generator. IEC has supplied over 18000 Gensets to Telecom Sectors i.e. U-Fone, Jazz, Warid, Telenor, Zong and PTCL including non-Telecom sectors.Working in Sales Department with Following Responsibilities: Supervising staff of 03 People by assigning weekly tasks. staff. Communicating to high management and customers vie e-mails, telephone and convening meetings advised by sales staff. Playing role as a medium between manufacturers, stores, logistics, sales & services departments for timely deliveries, quantity & quality of the products. Fully familiar with procurement rules & policies i.e. PPRA and KPPRA and private institutions procuring policies. Maintaining promotional database by communicating to the target Prospects via e-mail, telephone & physical visits i.e. meetings. Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to GM and MD. Always travelling in the field to generate & enhance revenue and also to create and identify new customers and collect competitor’s product /brand information. Making quotations in the SAP and also looking all sales activities of my assign territory. 

Experience-04.

I have worked as a Field Officer (Sales & Services) in ALLIED MACHINERY LIMITED, Kabul Afghanistan From Oct-2010 to Feb-2013, CATERPILLAR Dealer in Afghanistan. CATERPILLAR products are world-renowned and are global leader in power generation. Earthmoving& Machinery in respective industries.Allied Machinery Ltd. Is the sole dealer of Caterpillar ,products in Afghanistan.

Working in Telecom Department with Following Responsibilities:

Communicating via telephone calls and emails and meetings with the sales & services departments and high management of the Client for restoring, re-upgrading, re-constructing the different telecom mobile towers. Fully familiar with procurement rules & policies of Roshan, MTN, Etisalat Telecom Companies. Supervising & managing staff of 28 People who are providing regular replacing Generators, parts & consumables, overhauling, repair & maintenance services to 9.5kVA to 500kVA Diesel Generators including transmission & power sections of 260 Mobile Tower Sites including MSC, BSC and Backbone Sites. Preparing quotations contracts, Presales & After sales documents. Making daily report of PMSs for all Sites of Telecom Company by sharing with technical team and high management. Giving 24 hour services to keep the sites always function and restore. Negotiating on prices and costs, delivery and specifications with Customers and management. Always Physical visits to collect data & information to give best services to our potential Clients. Preparing Monthly analysis reports on competitor’s strategies. Making report of emergencies issues that are concern to defective parts & consumables of Gensets.

Experience-05..                                                 

I have worked as a Store / Logistics Supervisor in CATERPILLAR Inc Bagram Airfield from May-2009 to August-2010.

Working in Warehouse, Store & Logistics Department with Following Responsibilities:

Parts analyzing for Cat as well Non Cat.ANTARES online parts ordering including parts Master Software’s. Getting PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) of received Parts/Materials. Physical Checking of received Shipments includes Parts one by one and keep these stuff in proper location. Updating Inventory of Stock on regular basis. Communication to CATERPILLAR supply chain department, my high management and DHL coordination via e -mail, telephone & Skype for timely deliveries, quantity & quality of the products for the potential Customers. Supervising staff of 8 People who are providing services to store, Logistics & materials
