My expertise extends to areas such as Legal, Industrial Relations, and Company Secretariat needs, enabling me to provide timely and up-to-date legal advice to HR, Executives, Managers, and Employees.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed a wide range of litigations encompassing Civil, Criminal, SLS (Staff Legal Support), Land Acquisition, Taxation, Corporate, Society Law, IPs Law, Tenancy matters, Arbitrations, Settlements, Contracts & Agreements, and more. I take pride in my ability to ensure compliance with Court Orders, Regulatory & Statutory bodies, while also identifying potential risks and implementing measures to prevent future legal issues.

My proficiency extends beyond legal matters, as I effectively collaborate with risk management, audit, and human resources to address lacunas in violations of rules and procedures. Conducting orientation sessions and providing guidance further strengthens the organization's overall legal compliance.

In addition to my extensive knowledge of working practices and litigation follow-up before Courts of Law and administrative-cum-judicial forums, I have earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal opinions and providing strategic counsel.

Presently, I serve as a "Manager Legal (Contractual basis)" in the Ministry of Commerce's Geographical Indication cell, Islamabad. Now, I am eagerly seeking a challenging senior Legal and advisory officer position within an ambitious company or department, where I can contribute my accumulated competence in Legal Affairs to drive success.

With over a decade of dedicated service in the legal sector, my career has seen significant growth and diverse experiences. From my early days as a law intern and associate at Imran Afrasiab Law Associates in Rawalpindi to my role as a Senior Law Associate at Legum Associates in Islamabad, I honed my skills and expertise in various legal domains. As a Partner and Senior Law Associate at Kharal & Co., I further solidified my understanding of complex legal matters. Subsequently, I served as a Law Officer and Assistant Director Legal at the National Police Foundation, contributing my knowledge to matters of public interest. Joining the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan as a Law Officer provided an opportunity to work at the national level. Currently, in my capacity as Manager Legal (Contractual basis) at the Ministry of Commerce's Geographical Indication Cell in Islamabad, I have undertaken responsibilities of great significance. This journey has been marked by dedication, growth, and a commitment to ensuring legal compliance and excellence in all endeavors.
